The fact of the matter is that we are always learning, sometimes by choice and sometimes by force. Learning has been , is , and will be a vital part of life and the human experience, so it stands to reason that plenty of research has been made on the subject. It is up to us to heed and follow that research. The research says that the human brain is always trying to learn, it is always trying to conect synapses, however those connections are not always preserved. This synapse preservation is called synapse elasticity and research has shown time and time again that synapse connection creation, solidification, and retention all occurs best when the brain is experiencing “play”.
